Marathon Training

To accomplish one of my largest goals I have set out to complete a rigorous 6 month marathon training program. This program implements a slow progression of mixed running and cross-training to improve pace and build endurance. Click the above picture to see the full program!

Strength Training

To sculpt and shape my ideal body I pursue complementary strength training to build muscular mass and tone. I have experimented with a variety of splits and workouts to challenge my body, and see continuous growth in endurance and mass.
